New Camera, New Photos

I’ve recently got a new camera!

I’ve finally moved up, I’m now working with a Canon 80D. I decided against a full frame just yet, I don’t think I need one…as much as I’d like one just yet anyway.

The past couple of months I’ve developed a huge backlog of photos again for a number of reasons but mainly because I hate how I’ve been editing them again. I’ve sort of worked out a style I like and now is coming down to fine tuning it. I’m going to attach a number of galleries to this post and an actual page for each in the ‘Photography Portfolio’ section of the site where the images can be viewed at a larger size.

The first is Delamere Forest, all of these ones where taken with the new camera! Some have a few focus issues which have now largely been fixed….I hope.

The next bunch are of a recent trip to Ness Gardens, again all with the 80D

And finally, for now anyway, is Rivacre Valley. Now these are all taken with the 80D, and also a (new to me) 50mm lens.

I’m going on holiday on Saturday to Orlando so I’m really excited to get some amazing pictures to post. I think I’ll mostly be using the 50mm as it’s so small and light.

I’ve been posting more on Facebook and Instagram (links below) if you fancy a few more photos!
