Editing Styles

Honey Bee

For the past week or so I’ve been working on a new editing style. For years I’ve had a certain look and image in my head but never been able to recreate it.

After much research and trial and error attempts I came across two looks I really like. “Light and Airy” and “Orange and Teal”. Two looks that are extremely popular right now. I’ve realised these two edit styles are pretty close to what I’ve been imagining for all these years without actually knowing it.

So far I’ve created a total of 5/6 different edit styles but above are the 4 that are my favourites, each slightly different from the last. The photos themselves aren’t the best, they do need a bit of work here and there but they’re okay as a base to show a few edits.

Red Arrowes

I’m currently working my way through a load of images (over 800 in total) I took during the RAF Cosford Airshow 2019 last month. Most of them aren’t too good, however the Red Arrow ones I took I am made up with. I’ll make sure to upload them into an album when I’ve finished them.

In the last post I mentioned I started drinking/eating/using, whatever it is you do with, Huel. It’s still going well, I think. Whilst I’m still not a fan of calorie counting, I am starting to see some benefits, mainly some weight loss. Although, I’m not sure if it because of the recent weather but the past few days my head has felt like it is constantly in a vice. Like someone is squeezing so hard on my temples. Honestly the forehead strips from Boots are a godsend.

Anyway, back to editing and perfecting these styles!
